Domestic U.S. Shipping (Dropshipping)

We work with trusted U.S.-based dropshipping suppliers to fulfill your orders. All items are shipped from U.S. warehouses, ensuring faster delivery, proper tracking, and minimal customs delays.

📦 Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped along with tracking information.

🚚 Standard Delivery Timeline:

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Deliveries may be delayed due to high volume, weather conditions, or courier issues.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping for standard orders. We only ship to valid U.S. addresses (including PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, where supported).

We may offer select international delivery for bulk or B2B orders in the future. Contact us at info@blacktreex.com for such requests.

🚛 Shipping for Bulk Orders (Bank Transfers)

For large wholesale orders processed through direct bank transfer:

  • Orders may ship from either U.S. warehouses or our Indian fulfillment center.
  • Estimated delivery times will be shared individually via email.
  • Buyer is responsible for customs clearance (if applicable).
  • Tracking will be provided after dispatch.

Note: Bulk orders are handled separately and are non-refundable.

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier info after shipment. Allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

📬 Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
